Find the support that fits.
You might be exploring a business idea, trying to make an existing business work better or facing a decision that feels difficult to tackle alone. The support you need will depend on your circumstances, your experience and what you want to achieve.
Through Business Conversations, coaching, mentoring and focused workshops, I offer opportunities to think things through, learn with others and put practical ideas into action.
Business Conversations
Time to think about the business you want to build.
When you are starting or running a small business, it’s easy to become absorbed in the immediate tasks. Finding customers, delivering the work and keeping on top of the administration can leave little time to consider whether the business is heading in the direction you intended.
Business Conversations is a seven-session programme of facilitated small-group discussions. We explore the decisions that shape your business, from why you want to run it and who you want to serve to the numbers, relationships and practical arrangements that help it work.
You will receive Thinking Notes before each session, followed by reflection notes and an integrated workbook to help you apply the discussion to your own circumstances. A mid-series Q&A and a final Q&A provide further opportunities to explore questions as your thinking develops.
The programme is designed for people who value practical discussion, different perspectives and time to reflect. You can take part while developing an idea or bring the questions arising in a business you already run.
What does it cost?
The online programme costs £599 plus VAT for seven one-hour sessions, the accompanying materials and two additional Q&A sessions.
In-person delivery can also be arranged, with pricing based on the venue, group size and agreed requirements.

Business Coaching
Space to think about the business and how it’s affecting you.
Starting and running a business can be rewarding, but it can also ask a great deal of you. Alongside the practical decisions, there may be uncertainty, pressure and expectations that are difficult to put aside at the end of the day.
My business coaching gives you space to step back, talk openly and work out what matters to you. Whether you are exploring a side hustle, running an established business or considering a change of direction, my focus will be on you: your thinking, your choices and the life you want your business to support.
